Terms of Service

The agreement between you and StreamWay when you use our IPTV subscription service.

Last updated: January 1, 2026 · Applies to https://streamway.ca and all services delivered under the StreamWay name.

Welcome to StreamWay (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://streamway.ca (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

StreamWay provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you register.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Canada, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and payment

StreamWay offers subscription plans of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for all plans are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.

  • All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars.
  • Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely. StreamWay does not store payment card details.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Because the Service delivers digital access immediately:

  • No refunds are issued after account activation.
  • Exceptions apply only in cases of (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, for which a pro-rata credit may be issued; or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, which will be refunded in full.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT:

  • Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
  • Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
  • Attempt to circumvent any access control, DRM protection or authentication system.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that breaches applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
  • Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application. StreamWay does not provide support for third-party applications. If you need a second simultaneous stream, order a second subscription.

7. Service availability

StreamWay strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where possible
  • Unplanned technical issues
  • Third-party content provider disruptions
  • Force majeure events

StreamWay is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video-on-demand titles, logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. StreamWay claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The StreamWay name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the Province of Saskatchewan. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at https://streamway.ca/terms.html with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
