How the credit system works

The partner panel runs on credits rather than invoices. One credit issues one month of service on one line, so the arithmetic stays simple no matter how your customers mix their terms:

  • 1 credit → a one-month line
  • 3 credits → a three-month line
  • 6 credits → a six-month line
  • 12 credits → a twelve-month line

Credits sit in your balance until you spend them and they do not expire. Buy a block when the rate suits you and draw it down over as many months as you like. Every line you issue carries the same 22,000-channel grid described on our channel page — partners do not get a cut-down version.

Pricing below is the credit block cost. What you charge your own customers is entirely your decision; most partners price somewhere between our published retail rates and a modest premium for local support.

What we expect from partners

Honest advertising

Do not promise channels we do not carry, and do not advertise no-cost trial periods. Every line issued through your panel is a paid subscription.

One device per line

The same rule applies downstream. Selling a single line as a multi-room package produces exactly the support burden you would expect.

You own the relationship

Your customers contact you first. We back you up on anything genuinely technical, but the billing relationship stays yours.
